Teppanyaki cooktop table | Teppan-grilled Orange Ginger Lobster Tails

It's lobster season in south Florida, and with some fresh, local oranges on hand, we couldn't resist stirring the dish for a delicious dinner. This recipe is very simple and quick, while the Cookeryaki Teppanyaki cooktop table setup is simple and fun, perfect for a gathering of one, two, or even an entire group! We'll only prepare the two of us for this, but if you're entertaining guests, you can certainly make a few Suggestions.

After you've washed and dried the lobster tail, it's time to prepare the ginger juice. First melt 1/4 cup butter, then add 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1-2 tablespoons orange peel, 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 1/4 teaspoon aromatic bitterness. We use the original Angostura brand of Trinidad, whose pleasant smell reminds me of good old-fashioned brands.

You can adjust the flavor of ginger and chili powder. Cook ingredients in melted butter for about 2 minutes, then remove from heat, stirring and season with salt. Preheat Cookakiaki hibachi grill table to 5 and then to 7. Some fresh leeks and avocados go well with the lobster and add a touch of green to the meal.

Using clean kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster tail shell from the center. Then use a sharp knife to cut through the meat and the underside. Prepare the lobster tail with a little cooking spray, then place the meat side down/eggshell side up to start cooking.

After 5 to 7 minutes, turn the tail upside down and pour the orange turmeric sauce over the meat. The shell ACTS as a container for seasoning when the fish tail is cooked. The scent of citrus and ginger with lobster is intoxicating and lovely.

This is a great time to start cooking leeks or other vegetables ready to serve as tail garnishes, and even use some seasonings. Continue cooking the tail, keeping the shell side down for about 5 minutes, until the cooked meat is no longer transparent.

This dish does bring a lot of creativity. You can make your own dishes with the seasonings added to the butter sauce. If many lobster tails are prepared for entertainment, you can even prepare several butter sauces for guests to choose from.
